After graduating from Miami University with a degree in Political Science, Trisha Sunderhaus spent 3 years as a paralegal before taking an interest in real estate. She became a licensed Realtor in 1997 when she pursued a career in Commercial Real Estate. In 2011 she made the change to residential real estate and finds great satisfaction in helping buyers find their homes and helping sellers have a smooth transition to their next home.
Trisha was born and raised on the east side of Cincinnati and is a proud graduate of Sycamore High School. Currently, Trisha resides in Landen with her two daughters; Nicole, who is studying accounting and finance at the University of Kentucky, and Brooke, who is entering her senior year of high school.
Trisha loves to travel and enjoys road trips with friends and family as frequently as possible. When she isn’t working or traveling, Trisha and her boyfriend Tom enjoy game night and dinner with friends. Trisha also maintains active involvement in the community by sitting on the board of the University of Cincinnati’s Friends of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality studies.
